When stated on this page, the following words have the following meanings:
“We”, “us” and “our” on this page refer collectively to the owner and admin of this website.
“You” refers to any type of user or browser of this website and does not refer to the owner and admin. Context is given as to stipulations relevant to “you” in each paragraph on this page.
“Member” designates a person or business that has an active, paid subscription membership to this platform and thereby holds a “listing”. This is distinct to a user account that is free. Only paid members have an active listing on this website, unless held directly by the website owner.
“Website” refers to the registered business of ‘The Spiritual Community of South Australia’, its registered trading name of ‘Spiritual SA’ (ABN: 88 362 929 565), and the entire digital platform under the domain www.spiritualsa.com.au.
Terms of Website Use:
By using this website, and when purchasing from any business or practitioner listed with us, you agree to practise due diligence. In purchasing a product, service or other offering from any of our business listings, you agree to your safety being solely your responsibility, and agree that this website, owner and admin are not held liable for any damages incurred or unpleasant experiences had as a result of purchasing directly through a listing displayed on this website.
By using this website, you agree to act legally, ethically and conscientiously of others, whether you are a purchaser of an offering available on this website, or if you are a business or practitioner with a paid listing on this website. Our ethical values are displayed on the About page.
By using this website, you agree to admin having the right to terminate any account and concurrent subscription for any reason. Admin may also deem it necessary to remove a free user’s profile from the platform.
Disclaimers:
We seek highly experienced, credentialed and principled practitioners to give you the highest level of spiritual guidance, care and help of all other kinds. All guidance, mentorship or other talk therapies you receive from any practitioner or business listed or mentioned on this website are to be taken and used at your own discretion, as any effectiveness of these modalities is not guaranteed by us. This website also does not make guarantees as to any listed or mentioned practitioners’ abilities to treat or cure clients’ ailments. Any text in a paid listing on this website claiming to offer health guarantees is superseded and replaced by this disclaimer.
All text (unless redacted by admin) on a business listing on this website, including any opinion, is written by those individual businesses and practitioners, which are the listing holders, done so through their self-managed account page. The text on any paid listing is not necessarily the opinion(s) of Spiritual SA. We take every reasonable effort to moderate and redact the text – and deal with listings of businesses and practitioners – in violation of the stipulations listed on this Legals page or in violation of the Terms & Conditions for Membership. This is a manual process. All content that appears on the main, navigable pages of this website, as well as content that is distributed by Spiritual SA through its advertising channels, receives an official, automatic endorsement by us.
Advice offered or given to prospective or active clients by businesses and practitioners listed on this website is only endorsed by us if the business or practitioner holds the necessary qualifications in order to legally do so. This includes but is not limited to financial, medical or legal advice.
We currently do not offer emergency (life-threatening) care on this platform. A difference is made here for “urgent” care/guidance if a client has a pressing matter to tend to that is non-life-threatening; this is an approved service of listed practitioners and businesses. If you are in need of emergency care, please call and ask for either SA Ambulance or Police on 000, or alternatively contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 (call) or 0477 13 11 14 (text).
We happily list businesses that work with children, and have a strict policy of necessary credentials in order for those listed businesses to do so, as agreed in the Terms & Conditions for Membership upon signing up. This includes a current Police check and Working with Children’s certificate. We advise that if you are looking for services for your child(ren), please ask the practitioner to confirm and double check everything is current and valid.
Terms & Conditions for Membership:
There are conditions for any business or sole trader practitioner to create a listing with us, published here in the following pdf document: Terms & Conditions for Membership. Spiritual SA’s criteria for membership, our goals for prospective listing holder business types, and privacy policy for businesses are included in the document.
Non-negotiable requirements for membership:
- Be over 18 and an Australian citizen
- Be living in or working in South Australia
By purchasing a listing(s) on this website, you agree to the stipulations in the Terms & Conditions for Membership. Membership is an ongoing, monthly subscription that you may cancel at any time. In addition to this, you will also agree to the values explained on the About page, as well as being aware of and agreeing upon the stipulations on this Legals page.
The initial payment of a listing package through this website’s payment gateway allows businesses to immediately create a listing. After an initial payment, admin of this website will contact the said business with a secure payment link to establish a recurring monthly payment (merchant service: Square). It is through your email receipts from Square that you are able to cancel the subscription, completely at your initiative. When you cancel a subscription, your listing will be kept in a draft mode that is not accessible by the public. Listed businesses that have cancelled a subscription(s) in the past are welcome back to the platform, provided those said businesses are approved by Spiritual SA and necessarily agree to all terms again.
For businesses with multiple worksites, or for franchises, etc., you may purchase more than one listing, however you will not be able to purchase 2 or more of one package type at any given time. To circumvent this, simply buy more packages with subsequent purchases. Admin will attempt to keep the costs of your subscriptions fair, and consolidate even numbers of bought listings into the “Premium” subscription type, which saves $2 per month. By providing your payment details to Square through an official Spiritual SA payment link, you agree to be charged once per month starting 30 days from your initial listing package purchase.
There are no refunds offered for listing holders who have been removed and their subscription cancelled, or for accidental package purchase, due to the low amount of monthly listing price. All initial listing package payments received by Spiritual SA that are unintended are to be taken as donations to this platform. If after an accidental purchase you happen to accidentally/unintendedly subscribe to the ensuing monthly payment, you can cancel your subscription through the payment email receipt, or request that admin cancels this accidental subscription. We will then promptly action this cancellation.
Admin of this website are happy to show you what links to click in order to create/edit your listing or user profile. We, however, do not currently offer copyrighting services or IT help for people who are not tech savvy. All listing holders must write their own bio and be able to operate the backend area of their user profile. In the interest of valuing human creativity and customer/client dignity, we do not endorse the use of AI to create your bio.
You are highly recommended to make small changes, update them and preview them as you go, instead of trying to input all listing particulars at once. However, for your image gallery (top slider) you will need to upload all images at once. Re-pressing upload cancels all your previous gallery images. It is recommended for you to have all desired images (up to 6) in one folder on mobile and PC, or easily accessed, so you can click them all at once. For PC, simply highlight all image files and click upload. For mobile, press and hold an image file so a tick appears, then press to tick all other desired images to upload.
Please remember to press the red “edit listing” button at the bottom of the edit profile page once you are done making changes. If you are experiencing troubles uploading more than one image, you may send any further images to admin@spiritualsa.com.au at any time, then admin can place the desired images to your listing. It is markedly more user-friendly to use a laptop or PC in order to create/edit your listing. You are able, but not recommended, to do the same on tablet or mobile. For any website appearance issues, you may contact admin via email or the contact form.
Privacy Policy:
We will not ever give or sell any of your information to third parties. The only exception to this policy is if government authorities request info about you; we will comply with such requests.
You may opt out of receiving general (public) email newsletters from us by clicking unsubscribe on any email received.
For listed businesses, receiving occasional private notice emails from admin is required, as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions for Membership.

Connected Socials:
The official social media accounts connected to this website are our Facebook group and Instagram profile.
The Facebook group has its own Rules section (About ➞ Learn More), which must be abided by for approved businesses to post in. Further conditions for listing holder use of these socials are outlined in the Terms & Conditions for Membership. Any breach of these social media account conditions, at the discretion of admin, may result in the termination of your Spiritual SA account and concurrent subscription.
The Instagram profile is an advertising channel for listed businesses. There, we will advertise your business on your behalf, using non-copyrighted screenshots of your business and already-public contact information. The aim is to direct Instagram viewers to your web links, socials and your paid listing(s). You are able to opt out of this advertising affordance. Read the Terms & Conditions for Membership for more.
Reporting Channel:
Striving to keep you safe while you both seek and visit a listed business is our #1 priority. We take every reasonable effort to make available ethical spiritual (and allied) practitioners and businesses for you to purchase from. Unethical, fraudulent or otherwise criminal persons or businesses are not welcome on this platform.
In the event that a listed practitioner or business acts unethically in a session, sale or other situation with you, you may report such behaviour directly to us using the Contact Us form. We do not take psychic pickups as evidence. If a practitioner or business acts criminally, we recommend first contacting SA Police on 131 444.

If there happens to be any serious breach of the use of this website either as singular instances or on a continual basis – i.e. harassment, bullying, copyright infringement, abuse or sabotage against this website, slander against admin or the owner, fraudulent or criminal activity, etc. – the owner of this website may seek legal recourse for any damages incurred on account of such behaviour. Litigation proceedings may be initiated against any infringers of both the Terms of Website Use on this page, or the Terms & Conditions for Membership document, or the values explained on the About page. We have experience in the matter and are willing to report unethical or criminal behaviour to any relevant body.
Changes to this Legals Page and the Terms Document:
Changes to this page may be published at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or subsequent notification. None of these changes will affect or contradict stipulations in the current iteration of the Terms & Conditions for Membership document (for listing holders), but will add to stipulations already in place to protect admin, the owner, paid listing businesses and the general public. If there is a major change needed that necessitates a new iteration of the Terms document, then all paid listing owners will be notified of the change via email before the effective date of a new iteration. Any current iteration of the Terms & Conditions for Membership document is always published on this page.

The Spiritual Community of South Australia respects ethical people from every country and lineage, as well as every belief system, and attempts to find common ground to unite people. While the admin and owner of this website respects politics and religions – and sees common ground between religion and spirituality – this website remains institutionally apolitical and irreligious. We appreciate your understanding in these matters.
